• The rental cost includes all essential safety equipment.

• Gasoline costs are included within the rental rates.

• Must be 21 years or older to rent either a boat or jet ski. 

• Texas law requires that anyone born after September 1, 1993 must complete a boater safety course in order to rent a boat or jetski. The boater safety course can be found online at https://www.boat-ed.com/texas/

• Responsibility for any damage to rental boats and equipment, including propellers, falls on the customer.
